In mid-October, Fundació Alícia hosted the seventh edition of the 'Strategic Immersion' meeting, organized by Clúster Foodservice de Catalunya; an event attended by representatives of 75 Catalan companies to glimpse trends, learn about success stories and discuss the strategic challenges for the future of the foodservice sector.
I had the honor of giving the presentation on "International Trends", facilitating the dynamics of reflection on the five proposed challenges and a food reference place to initiate all kinds of business collaborations and collaborate in the preparation of the resulting final report.
